I learned from this week to give people the benefit of the doubt and focus on the bright sides rather than the adverse effects. Unfortunately, there is no good way to ensure that people would function/ respond in your way; everyone is different from each other. Nothing is wrong with this, as this is the reality. People tend to be the same as those who drive things themselves; however, you need people to support you throughout the story, letting people take ownership of their way and control their time. Everyone tries their best to make sure they are doing their best; having faith in each other is a solid foundation for many more. ♥️
